    Enjoying our spirited MC
Not sure I love that she becomes resigned to her situation so early on, but I do love that she's got spirit and isn't (so far) taking crap from others. Overall I'm looking forward to more. That said, I'm not a fan of the prince yet. Don't hate him, just don't particularly like him.

    Quick read and well done.
This review contains spoilers. I do wish the plot "twist" hadn't involved one woman targeting another, I'm getting a bit tired of women being pitted against each other in fiction. But that aside, it's a decent story. I'm glad the lead characters ended up with a happy ending, though I do also wish more actual communication had been engaged in. It isn't some epic work of writing but worth reading.

    Presumed ML bugs me
I'm getting pretty tired of MLs that seem to just be shallower than a puddle and inconsiderate as heck. I'm presuming the prince is going to be the ML and I'm just not here for that. There doesn't seem to be much about him that generates chemistry with our FL other than his looks. True, he doesn't look down on her for her hobbies, so that's something, at least, but I feel more chemistry between her and side characters than I do between her and the man who pressed this marriage. The art is beautiful, though, and the characters aren't just copies from other stories as some are, so that's another point in its favor. Not sure I recommend, but I wouldn't outright suggest avoiding it, either.

A unique take on the "Villainess" trend
Full disclosure, I haven't finished this title yet. I definitely liked the unique take on the current trend of "villainess" MCs and recommend it just for that alone. It's even better that our MC is pretty dang clever for having enacted her plan as a child with little support or expectation that there was anyone she could turn to against some pretty bad odds. There are, however some dark themes in the background of the story from the novel that I'm unsure if they will carry over into the manga as well. So there may be a need for awareness about suggestions/mentions/implications of SA and/or exploitation in the history of some characters of the story. So, just an FYI to watch for. I'm not super fond of the ML but he doesn't seem as trash as some of the MLs we get out there, at least to where I've gotten. Overall I do recommend so far.

Decent but not super memorable for me
To be honest it has been quite a while since I've read any of this one and while I know I didn't finish it at the time, I can't remember a lot of the details. I remember it being pretty good but the fact I can't remember much else. Upon a quick brush up I do remember being a bit uncomfortable with MC's appearance being so very similar to the ML's ex, which is heavily hinted at often so I haven't marked it as a spoiler. It wasn't a deal breaker or anything. I'll probably come back to it at some later time but not for right now.

    I have mixed feelings.
This review contains spoilers. ~I LOVE this take on our classic fairytale.
~I LOVE our MC, and the older step-sister as well. Two amazing girl-bosses that are a fantastic vibe. I love them!
~I WANT to love our Cinderella. But she gets me real mad that it feels like she didn't really do all that much to disabuse her husband of his prejudice against her sisters.
~I STARTED OUT liking our ML a bundle, even with the flaws. But toward the end I got pretty upset at the way he got pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer and pushed physical intimacy without consent. No, not referencing s** here. Just that I dislike it when characters go kissing people who don't really feel like they're on-board with those actions. I also don't like that it took him so long to come clean about his identity. It also felt like he pressured her a fair bit to accept him.
~My dislikes weren't deal breakers, and I feel like there was some redemption to be had, though not to the level I wanted.
~Overall I would say it was totally worth the read in the end, though.

Needs non-con or assault trigger warning
This review contains spoilers. If I could rate this at zero stars I would. The Duke was a bit annoying to start out with and I was hoping a gradual warming to his wife would kinda redeem him a bit, but in less than a single chapter the entire thing was ruined for me. Chapter 6 turns him suddenly into an ultra-jealous, crazy-clingy, inconsiderate (though he was already inconsiderate before) man who cannot even bother to listen to reason or his wife and forces intimacy when she's literally telling him to stop. It comes out of NOWHERE! One minute he's telling her not to smile at men because she's too beautiful when she smiles and the next minute he's declaring love and forcing himself on her. Thankfully he doesn't fully go through with penetrative intercourse yet but he forces s3%ual contact with her and dirty talks this poor woman during it while she's yelling at him to stop it. His wants and desires are clearly the ONLY thing that matter to him. Not a single ounce of consideration for his wife throughout the entire thing except a single moment of apology for a single interaction of bad behavior somewhere around chapter 3. I know that women historically weren't given a choice about being intimate with their husbands, but in a modern romance story, I'm not going to accept a ML who behaves that badly as a character I can support even a minute amount. So, no. I'm completely disgusted by this dude and will be dropping it right away.

    Seems childish
As the title states, this just feels really juvenile. The motivations, lack of communication, behaviors.... all very childish. It's comedic enough and I'm sure there will be some who like it, but it just didn't seem to be my cup of tea. I tried to give it a fair shake, especially since there's a bunch of free chapters right now, but dropped it in 4 chapters. There just wasn't anything that pulled me in.

The MC is absolutely still a child in her mentality as of that point and she's periodically drawn to look quite young, then randomly drawn as if she's mature. It's confusing and inconsistent. Her fiancé is likewise drawn in the same manner, often child-like but then really mature. The inconsistency is a little jarring. The elder prince seems MUCH older and the way he teases/flirts with her feels weird as heck. Anyway, I'm sure it is meant for a different audience than myself, but I just don't feel like I can rate it as better than average..

    Pretty well done
I was very glad the FL wasn't a pushover. She was very secure in herself for the most part and the relationship between her and ML felt natural and unforced. I am real confused about chapter 8, though. Not sure if it's supposed to be the end or if it is a cliff hanger for future chapters, or if it is a hook for some other future comic by the author, but it didn't feel like it went with the rest of the story. Overall, well done, though.

    Edit to update/clarify:
This title is apparently a compilation of stories related to one another following a similar set of themes. Not identical but thematic. Nothing wrong with that and writing continued to be pretty consistent but I never went very far past the initial couple's resolution. I felt satisfied with their "ending" as it was.
